Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Lux Limo. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Changes and cancellations
Changes are subject to availability. Cancellation fees depend on how close to the pickup time a booking is cancelled; the applicable fee is shown on your confirmation.
Waiting time
Your chauffeur waits at no charge for the grace period stated on your booking. Additional waiting time is charged at the hourly rate.
Conduct
For everyone’s safety, the chauffeur may end a journey if passengers behave in an unsafe or unlawful way. Damage to the vehicle is charged at cost.
Liability
Lux Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other events outside our control, but we will always do our best to get you there on time.
